सारी 😯saving लगाकर अभी तो business शुरू किया था । लेकिन सब बेकार गया। competition बहुत है यार मैं 😟लुट गया I
😂ये हाल है अब मेरे दोस्त कालु का । और होगा भी क्यू नहीं भाई जब बिना रिसर्च🧐 और योजना के काम करेंगे तो यही हाल होगा ।
खैर छोड़ो मेरा 💞दोस्त है तो मदद तो करनी ही पड़ेगी उसकी ।
👉कालु तु tention ना ले 3 महीने के अन्दर तेरे सारे competitor को बर्बाद कर दूंगा । बस तुझे अब वो करना है जो मैं कहूंगा ।

✋नोट - readers आगे मैं कुछ ऐसे तरीके बताने वाला हूँ जो शायद कुछ लोगों को बेकार लगें । इसलिए माफ करना क्योंकि मुझे कालू की मदद करनी है।

देख कालू हमें ज्यादा नहीं सिर्फ दो काम करने है - 👉१) competitor को बर्बाद करना
👉२) उसकी बर्बादि का फायदा उठाना

देख कालू अब ध्यान से सुनना क्योंकि अब मैं तुझे योजना का पहला भाग यानि competitor को कैसे बर्बाद करे बताने वाला हूँ ।

☝️ कोई Person हो या business अगर हमें किसी को बर्बाद करना है तो दो बातें हमें पता होनी चाहिए ।
👉१) उसकी strongness💪
👉२) उसकी weakness🤕

☝️और कालू तेरा fastfood का business है । और तेरा ये जो competitor है तुझसे बहुत आगे है । तो इसकी strongness है👇

१) Good Customer base
२) Hygiene
३) Taste
४) Employees Management

🤘अब बात करते है weakness की या उन points की जो आगे चलकर weakness बनते है ।

☝️कालू अब हमारी योजना का भाग होगा competitor की weakness को 🤙expose
करना और strongness को break करना ।

हम अपने competitor की weakness को
expose करें उससे पहले हमे...

✌️अपने किसी जानकर को उसके पास as a employees शामिल करना पड़ेगा । इससे हमको वहाँ की information मिलती रहेगी और ये हमारी योजना में हमारी मदद करेगा ।

☝️अब आगे...... पहली weakness👉
अगर वो business Partnership में है तो कालू हमको अपने employee की मदद से दोनों Partners के बीच 🤔Doubts पैदा करने हैं । जिसको हम 🤙अपने employee की मदद से करेंगे जिसको हमने उसके पास काम करने भेजा था ।
☝️ अब आगे मतभेद कैसे लाये दोनों के बीच...
कालू ध्यान से भाई अब तेरे competitor की बर्बादी का पहला कदम बढ़ने वाला है
तो अब....👉
हमारा employee दानों ही Partners का Trust🤝 जीतेगा । और अलग-अलग तरीकों से कई बार दोनों के बीच मतभेद करेगा ।

✍️पहला तरीका - पैसे के द्वारा ( तो दोस्तो because हम जानते है दोनों ने मिलकर business अगर शुरू किया है तो उसका कारण पैसा ही है ) । मैं as a customer
competitor के पास जाऊगा और जब दोनों Partners में से एक shop पे होगा तो उससे एक अच्छी पहचान बना लूँगा फिर कुछ दिन इसी तरह daily जाऊंगा जिससे उस Partner का मेरे पर Trust बन जायेगा ।
फिर एक दिन.....

🤞भाई आज transaction हो नहीं रही और wallet साथ नहीं लाया । ओह! अच्छा
लेकिन भाई मेरी कपडे की shop है तो जितना भी हमारा bill हुआ है आप कपड़े ले आना ।
👉अब क्योकि हम Daily customer थे और जान पहचान भी उस Partner से अच्छी बन गई थी तो वो मेरी request को मना नहीं करेगा ।
( कपडे की खुद की shop अगर ना हो तो हम जुगाड़ कर सकते है shop owner से)
वो आया कपड़े खरीद गया और जान बूझकर हम उसको कपड़े बहुत सस्ते देंगे जिसके लिए हम उस shop owner से पहले ही बात कर लेगें और उसका नुकसान जो सस्ते कपड़े देने से हुआ वो उसको दे देंगे ।

👉इसके बाद वो दो तीन बार और आया तथा पहले से कहीं ज्यादा की shopping की क्यूंकि पैसा तो उसको देना नहीं था । वो तो हमारे Bill मे से कट रहा होगा ।

अब आगे ....

👉अब एक दिन दूसरा Partner जब होगा तब जाना है ।
आयो भाई आप भी हमारी कपड़ो की shop पे । जरूर आयेंगे भाई । वो दूसरे भैया आते रहते है । मैं तो अब अपने Bill का payment भी नहीं करता मना किया है भैया ने ।
पीछे से मेरा employee - हॉ सर वो जाते रहते है।
अब दोस्तो यहाँ दो बातें है-
✌️पहली , अगर उन दोनों की Partnership पहले ही से डगमग होगी तो ये दूसरा Partner ये बाते जानकर सीधे पहले Partner से बात करके Partnership तोड़ देगा ।

✌️दूसरा , अगर दोनों का Trust अच्छा है तो ये दूसरा Partner पहले Partner को कुछ नहीं बतायेगा और खुद भी चुपके चुपके उल्टे काम शुरू कर देगा ।

👉बस यहीं से दोनों का Trust 👊break होना शुरू हो जायेगा। और जब पहले वाले को दूसरे Partner के बारे मे पता लगेगा तो उसका दिमाग और ज्यादा परेशान हो जायेगा बोल तो कुछ सकता नही दूसरे वाले से तो बस फिर हम उसको और तरह की तिगड़मो मे उलझा देगें और फिर 🤞bill payment सीधे उसके अपने खाते में हम अपने भेजे गये कई customers से करवायेंगे । इस बात का पता हमारा employee दूसरे Partner को indirect तरीके से बतायेगा ।
और इस बार दोनों १००% Partnership
break कर देंगे ।

तो यही तक करना है कालू पहले तुझे, आगे बाद में बताऊगा ।
और हॉ ये योजना मैंने कालू के business के अनुसार बताई है । आपके business में हो सकता है situations अलग अलग हो ।

इस योजना का अगला भाग जल्दी share करूगा.....

As you all of you know every business marketing or strategy depends on the MAUKA as I have discussed earlier. So here are some of the reasons of why on this day.

2) How to perform that

There are lots of ways to make a good impact on our customer or to do something new like
*We can start a puzzle competition (eg.) near any institute or out of your shop or any social place.
*We can also launch any of our social project or mission this day.
*We can provide discounts, offers, coupons and much more.

》Now let discuss about one of these points
So the 1st point is start a ……social place

To do this marketing strategy we have some of these ways we can do at institution/school/college, our shop, social place. Let think we start with a institution....


1=First find out any of the famous institution in your area
2=Go to that institution to discuss about your competition, prizes and rewards the competitor will get, with them
Now when all is set up
3=The test will be online for the registration of that just send your details with us on whatsapp or Gmail
4=The winner will get free study for one year, scholarship up to 50k or free study material (Here we are just dealing with the need of a student.)
5=The test material will be from our history relating to our fighting for freedom
6=If anyone want to know more just go to our website or our shopping website.(when the students will go to our website traffic will increased also may they get influenced with portfolio of that.)

Now suppose we have advertise our competition to 10 of the schools, institution or college and we have received the registration about 1000 via online and offline advertising. Now we just have to be more connected with the students.
For example we want to declare the test to them so instead of messaging calling is better. Now follow step 2

1=Now give the test details to the students via calling or whatsapp.if you are using whatsapp then send your website link also to get more (May be some of the students buy products from you.)
2=If you are going to call so instead of talking with the students talk with their parents also bcoz parents always take all the educational activities seriously and describe the full process to them(In this way there are less chances of student to be absent)

Now when the all the test has been finished
3=Send congratulations messages, calls and letter to the winners and the whole participants also.

Now we have to do planning about the prize distribution or announcing the winners. Follow the 3rd step which is the main step of all these.

1=Remember distribute the reward or honor the student in front of the whole institution, college which he or she is related.
2=Now you must deliver a good speech summarizing the whole competition, its value, our mission.
3=Speech should be like these points in your native language-
