On 28.09.2026, the Accused Officer-1 Sri Rallabandi Gopa Raju, Revenue Inspector, O/o The Tahsildar cm Joint Sub-Registrar, Nampally Mandal, Nalgonda District was caught by the ACB, Nalgonda Range unit when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of Rs.15,000/- from the complainant through A-2 Sri Adulla Yadagiri, Private Person working as an assistant AO-1 for doing an official favor, i.e., "submitting the Panchanama Report prepared in respect of the complainant's agricultural land to the Tahsildar...
The tainted bribe amount of Rs.15,000/- was recovered from the possession of the A-2 at his instance. Thus, the AO performed his duty improperly and dishonestly to obtain undue advantage...
