○ Payment Terms: Payment must be completed as agreed upon in the contract. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.
○ Delivery Timeline: Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement. Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery date.
○ Ownership and Rights: Upon full payment, you will own the website design and its content. FG Designs retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
○ Maintenance and Support: Post-launch support is available for a specified period as per the contract. Additional support and maintenance are subject to extra charges.
○ Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies and refund eligibility will be detailed in the contract. Typically, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
○ Liability: FG Designs is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the website, hosting, or domain services.
