Intellige is looking for a highly skilled People manager with excellent communication skills, can attract extraordinary talent and help build and maintain culture for a high-growth SAAS startup.
As a Talent Manager, you should be able to wear multiple hats and be comfortable working outside traditional practices, and responsible for building and maintaining the culture at Intellige.

What you should do?
- Prior experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement in a startup
- Partner with the CEO and other C-level Executives to develop strategic HR goals, policies, and programs that align with business initiatives
- Develop and run an efficient hiring process to find top-notch talent
Develop, Implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment and maintain culture
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
What do we need?
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience working with an early-stage startup would be a plus
- Be the most enthusiastic and energetic person in the company
- Excellent Communication Skills, Active Listening Ability, and Presentation Skills
- Excellent Sourcing Skills with the ability to use various platforms and Familiarity with HRMS etc
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
People-oriented and results-driven
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Know how to build and nurture strong relationships and networks – be it with project partners or team
- A curious and Analytical mind
- Be a strong manager – of time, budgets, people, and project teams
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
