We are looking to hire and work with an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing) to join our team & drive performance for our key accounts.
The ideal DMM will lead the planning, campaign management, reporting, and analysis for all Paid Digital Campaigns. The candidate should be able to identify and implement strategies for increasing conversions through different paid marketing channels. Should have a good hand in managing multiple accounts and proven deliverables as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Performance:
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other media platforms for a variety of clients.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
- Coordinate with the copywriters & graphic designers to provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
- Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising/native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain).
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies to achieve clients targets like ROAS, CAC & CPL
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Attribution & Reporting:
- Identify gaps within the client-agency process and solve them to retain the client.
- Closely work with the Growth team to upsell our services to our clients.
- Constantly gathering feedback from the client and discussing internally to conclude what new services we can offer.
Team Management & Training:
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
- Help in Recruiting, building, and managing the performance marketing team, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in an agency or brand side.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts tools & trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Sort after leadership's ability to carry out the job profile delivering results.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
