Requirement- Urgent( joining within 5 days)

Type of Job - Onsite system administration where engineer ready to take 2-3 customer calls per day across city. Coordination with helpdesk team for daily tickets opening and closure.
Job Location- Hyderabad

Skill Set;

1. Windows OS (Installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and updation)

2. Troubleshooting of internet/LAN related problem

3. Knowledge of mail services like Outlook Express etc.

4. Good knowledge on laptop and desktop related troubleshooting (Patch updation, disc clean up, restoration, recovery etc)

5. Laptop/ Desktop hardware level repair experience

6. Printer knowledge
