In a digital world, it’s easy to design for layouts, trends, and tools.
But users don’t experience “design.”
They experience friction. Or clarity.
Confusion. Or comfort.
Human-centered design starts with simple questions:
What is the user trying to do?
What might confuse them here?
What would make this step easier?
When design reflects real user needs, people don’t feel pushed.
They feel guided.
And when users feel understood, trust builds naturally.
That trust is what leads to action.
Does your design solve user problems or just look good?
