We are looking for an experienced and passionate WordPress/Woocommerce Developer to join our team. As a WordPress/Woocommerce Developer at our company, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress/Woocommerce themes and plugins.

We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and content management systems.

Must Have:

1.Strong knowledge of WordPress & Woocommerce Platform

2. Expertise in WordPress Custom Theme Development and Plugin Development

3. Expertise in WP Plugin Integration (WooCommerce, WPML, Membership plugins etc)

4. Should understand how to make WordPress manageable from admin panel

5. Understands WP architecture and knows how to perform database and code optimization for WordPress

6. Understand the Ecommerce journey and latest standards/practices.

8. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Proficiency in PHP/MYSQL and AJAX

11. Understanding of W3C Web Standards/Semantics and Accessibility Guidelines

12. An ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in WordPress/Woocommerce Development

14. Excellent written and spoken English
The ability to adapt to a diverse and multicultural environment

15. A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing new features and functionality

2. Establishing and guiding the website s architecture

3. Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS

4. Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Requirements

5. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

6. Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites

7. Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

8. Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

9. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

10. Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
