Responsibilities:

Daily potential clients ko call karna (data provided hoga).

Project details explain karna aur site visit ke liye convince karna.

Lead tracking aur CRM update karna.

Client follow-ups aur appointment scheduling.

Target & Performance Expectation:

Har mahine minimum 1 confirmed sale (site visit to booking) compulsory rahega.

Yeh fixed salary ₹25,000 sirf tab milegi jab monthly target achieve hota hai.

Target achieve na hone par salary aur incentive policy ke mutabiq evaluation hoga.

Requirements:

Confident communication skills (Hindi zaroori, English basic chalega).

Real estate ya sales ka experience ho toh plus point hai (freshers welcome).

Target-oriented aur result-driven mindset.

Professional and polite attitude.
