5 MISTAKES YOU ARE MAKING ON INSTAGRAM

📌Every now & then I keep sharing about the most common mistakes that small businesses usually make on Instagram.
Here is another set of mistakes that I have recently noticed while creating content strategies for product / service based businesses from different countries.

1. NOT AWARE OF YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE - This is one of the most common mistakes. Sometimes, business owners don't know exactly who their TA is. Or they think that their products or services are for everyone.

REMEMBER - IF YOU ARE CREATING FOR EVERYONE THEN YOU ARE NOT CREATING FOR ANYONE.

2. FOCUS IS ONLY ON GETTING LIKES - There are metrics that are more important than the number of likes. Focus should be on getting more reach & impressions. That will happen eventually and not immediately.

3. UNRELATABLE CAPTIONS - Captions are the great way to connect with your audience, to share your brand message, to address their pain points & to help them with solutions. Use it in the right way. Only writing one or two lines & not including any CTA is not going to take you anywhere.

4. TALKING MORE ABOUT YOURSELF - Sometimes it's okay to share about yourself, about your journey but not always. Your audience is more interested in knowing how you can help them in achieving their goals or transformation they are looking forward to.

5. NOT ANALYSING DATA - Analyzing Data can help you understand more about your audience, their behavior, their likes & dislikes, when they are more active along with how many profile visits you got last week as compared to this week. The more you analyze the more you can ace the content creation game.
