A joint platform of civil society organizations has announced a peaceful and democratic public rally in Jaipur on 5 January 2026 against the Rajasthan Prohibition of Unlawful Religious Conversion Act, 2025.

Speakers stated that the law contains unconstitutional provisions, threatens religious freedom, privacy, equality, and personal liberty, and is open to serious misuse.

This movement is not against any religion or community, but a collective effort to protect the Constitution, democracy, and civil rights.

The protest will remain peaceful, non-violent, and constitutional.

A graceful evening of rhythm, expression, and tradition ✨
Upang Kathak Nritya Kala Kendra’s Annual Kathak Mahotsav lit up Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur with the timeless beauty of Indian classical dance. With over 100 students on stage, the evening showcased powerful solo, duet, and group Kathak performances filled with emotion, precision, and pure artistry.

Guided by Kathak Guru Shri Jai Kumar Jambada, the festival celebrated the rich legacy of Kathak while inspiring the next generation of dancers. The event was graced by Shri Radharaman Sharma, former President of Pink City Press Club, who appreciated the efforts towards preserving classical art forms.

जयपुर। विश्व दिव्यांग दिवस के अवसर पर 3 दिसंबर को भारतीय दिव्यांग संघ द्वारा राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम का भव्य आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस ऐतिहासिक कार्यक्रम में देशभर से दिव्यांगजन अपनी प्रतिभा, कला, दक्षता और आत्मविश्वास का अद्भुत प्रदर्शन करेंगे।
इस अवसर पर दिव्यांग जनों के जीवन को और अधिक बेहतर बनाने के लिए सार्थक चिंतन एवं सकारात्मक संदेश समाज तक पहुँचाया जाएगा।
मुख्य अतिथि — राजस्थान के माननीय राज्यपाल हरीभाऊ किशनराव बागडे जिन्होंने रविवार को कार्यक्रम के पोस्टर का विमोचन किया।
इस दौरान डॉ. अतुल गुप्ता, डॉ. मोनिका गुप्ता, राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष गोविंद नारायण, राजस्थान प्रभारी विष्णु मित्तल उपस्थित रहे।
इससे पूर्व राजस्थान की उपमुख्यमंत्री दीया कुमारी एवं सिविल लाइंस विधायक गोपाल शर्मा भी पोस्टर विमोचन कर कार्यक्रम को शुभकामनाएँ दे चुके हैं।
