100 Meta Leads ≠ 100 Prospects.
One of the biggest misconceptions in Meta Ads is assuming that more leads automatically mean more sales.
For a high-ticket business like real estate, the actual journey can look very different:
📌 100 Leads
→ 55–70 may become connected
→ Some may be unreachable, uninterested, or have the wrong requirements
→ 10–25 may become qualified leads
→ 5–10 may schedule a site visit
→ 2–5 may actually visit
→ 1–3 may become serious prospects
→ Then comes the final step: Bookings & Closures
These numbers are indicative benchmarks, not guaranteed results. Actual performance depends on location, project, pricing, offer, targeting, creative quality, lead intent and sales follow-up.
That's why measuring a Meta campaign only by CPL (Cost Per Lead) can be misleading.
A better approach is to track the complete funnel:
Lead → Connected → Qualified → Site Visit → Prospect → Booking
The real question isn't:
❌ “How many leads did Meta generate?”
It's:
✅ “How many qualified opportunities did those leads create?”
And more importantly:
Where are you losing potential customers in the funnel?
• Lead quality?
• Contact rate?
• Qualification?
• Follow-up speed?
• Site-visit attendance?
• Nurturing?
• Sales conversion?
Lead generation is only the beginning.
Full-funnel optimisation is where business outcomes are created.
