3. Dimag ka dump likho
Jo bhi tension hai notes me likh do.

Mind halka lagta hai.
4. Negative loop ko break karo
Jab low feel ho, room me mat pade raho.
Nahao, bahar niklo, music suno, kisi dost se baat karo.
5. Sleep fix karo
Raat ki overthinking ka biggest reason = poor sleep.
Same time par sona + late night scrolling kam.
6. Khud ko busy nahi, purposeful rakho
Daily ek target rakho.
Empty mind overthinking ka home hota hai.
