This elite cadre of coaches—seven from Jammu province and five from Kashmir—represents the region's rising prowess in producing world-class mentors capable of shaping the next generation of cricketers. Their achievement underscores JKCA's robust grassroots programs and unwavering focus on professional development amid challenging terrains and climates.
Majid Dar, Huwaid Hamid, Samiullah Beigh, Sameer Ali, and Lone Sumayah are Kashmir's stellar contributors, while Jammu's dynamic achievers include Sameer Khajuria, Vikrant Taggar, Amit Pal Singh, Bandeep Singh, Surabhi Dadheechi, Ankita Jalla, and Nayna Kashyap.
