About the role
D-Legion Software (devleg.com) is hiring a Technical Product Manager with deep, hands-on Zoho CRM experience to lead discovery, delivery and adoption of CRM-driven solutions. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, design secure and compliant data flows, and translate business needs into scalable product capabilities.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, engineering, marketing, support) to ship value on time and on scope.
Ensure data security and compliance across the CRM stack (governance, access controls, audit trails, retention, regulatory readiness).
Develop custom solutions on Zoho CRM using Deluge, custom modules, Blueprints, workflows, webhooks, functions and Zoho Creator apps.
Implement CRM strategies and best practices—lifecycle design, pipeline hygiene, segmentation, scoring, SLAs, automations and dashboards.
Own the product backlog: write user stories, acceptance criteria and release notes; prioritise using impact/effort and stakeholder inputs.
Drive integrations with third-party tools and Zoho apps (Books, Desk, Campaigns, Analytics) via REST APIs and middleware.
Define and track KPIs (adoption, conversion, velocity, data quality); run experiments and iterate.
Champion enablement: documentation, playbooks and training for users and admins.
What you’ll bring
3–6+ years in product management, solution consulting or business systems ownership, including 2+ years building on Zoho CRM.
Strong proficiency with Deluge, Blueprints, validation rules, custom functions and Zoho Creator; comfort with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and Postman.
Working knowledge of data security & compliance (e.g., GDPR/ISO 27001 concepts), RBAC, PII handling, auditability and change management.
Experience running Agile rituals (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos, retros).
Analytical skills: reports/dashboards (Zoho Analytics), Excel/Sheets; basic SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
Education: UG – Any Graduate (Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems preferred).
Nice to have
Certifications: Zoho CRM Administrator/Developer.
Experience with CPQ/quoting, customer support (Zoho Desk) or marketing automation (Zoho Campaigns).
CRM–ERP/finance integrations (Zoho Books, Xero).
Exposure to RevOps, lead scoring, attribution and data quality programs.
