ASEAN is comfortably India's 4th largest trading partner, with bilateral trade reaching US$123.12 billion in FY 2024–25, which represents about 11% of India's overall trade. Within ASEAN, Singapore takes the lead with US$34.27 billion worth of trade. Indonesia follows with US$28.16 billion worth of trade, then Malaysia at around US$19.86 billion. Thailand registered at approximately US$19.08 billion, and Vietnam at US$15.76 billion, as India strengthens its economic engagement throughout the region.
