Everyone says they want to become a thought leader.

But nobody follows thought leaders.

People follow humans with a specific point of view.

Think about the creators, founders, and professionals you pay attention to.

It's rarely because they know the most.

It's because they see the world differently.

They challenge assumptions.

They take a stance.

They say what others are afraid to say.

The problem with most LinkedIn content is that it's designed to offend no one.

And as a result, it influences no one.

"Work hard."

"Be consistent."

"Provide value."

Good advice.

But completely forgettable.

A point of view creates differentiation.

For example:

Instead of saying:
πŸ‘‰ Personal branding is important.

Say:
πŸ‘‰ Personal branding isn't about visibility. It's about becoming the obvious choice in a crowded market.

Instead of saying:
πŸ‘‰ Networking helps your career.

Say:
πŸ‘‰ A small circle of high-quality relationships is worth more than thousands of random connections.

People don't remember information.

They remember perspectives.

And in a world where AI can generate endless content, your viewpoint becomes your biggest competitive advantage.

Knowledge gets attention.

A strong point of view builds an audience.

What's a belief you hold about your industry that most people would disagree with?

Most founders think they have a revenue problem.

In reality, they have a systems problem they haven't diagnosed yet.

When revenue slows down, the first instinct is usually:

"Let's generate more leads."

But more leads rarely fix a broken business.

They often expose the cracks even faster.

I've seen founders struggle with:

β€’ Inconsistent follow-up
β€’ No clear sales process
β€’ Poor lead qualification
β€’ Manual workflows that don't scale
β€’ Customer journeys built on memory instead of systems

The result?

Leads slip through the cracks.

Opportunities get missed.

And revenue becomes unpredictable.

So they keep chasing more traffic, more content, and more prospects.

When what they actually need is better infrastructure.

Here's a simple truth:

A business that can't consistently convert 100 leads won't magically convert 1,000.

Growth doesn't fix operational inefficiencies.

It amplifies them.

The founders who scale sustainably aren't always the best marketers.

They're often the ones who build systems that produce predictable outcomes.

Because revenue is usually the output.

Systems are the cause.

Before asking:

"How do I make more money?"

Ask:

"Where is money already leaking from my process?"

That question tends to reveal far more than any marketing tactic ever will.

What's one system in your business that had the biggest impact on growth once you fixed it?

Low-ticket clients aren't cheaper to serve.

They're often the most expensive.

Not because of the money they pay.

Because of the time, energy, and revision cycles they consume.

Early in my journey as a Digital Marketing Coach, I assumed lower-priced offers would be easier to deliver.

I was wrong.

Here's what I noticed:

β€’ More back-and-forth communication
β€’ More hesitation before making decisions
β€’ More revision requests
β€’ Higher expectations relative to investment
β€’ Greater need for hand-holding throughout the process

Meanwhile, higher-value clients typically focus on outcomes.

They trust expertise.

They make decisions faster.

And they respect the process.

This doesn't mean low-ticket clients are "bad" clients.

It means pricing often influences buyer behavior.

When people invest more, they're usually more committed to implementation and results.

One of the biggest shifts in my business came when I stopped asking:

"How can I get more clients?"

And started asking:

"How can I benefit better-fit clients?"

That single change improved profitability, client relationships, and overall satisfaction.

Not every client is expensive because of what they pay.

Some are expensive because of what they demand.
Have you ever mistaken high ticket client to low ticke client?

I noticed something about the founders who never convert on LinkedIn.

They're excellent broadcasters. Terrible conversationalists.

And LinkedIn is not a broadcast channel.

---

Here's what I see constantly:

Founder spends 3 hours on a post.

Gets 14 comments.

Replies to zero.

Wonders why their DMs are quiet.

---

You just left 14 warm conversations on the table.

Each comment is a hand raised.

A signal. An opening.

Not a vanity metric to screenshot.

---

The algorithm rewards engagement loops.

Your future client rewards attention.

When you reply fast, thoughtfully, and with actual insight you're not just being polite.

You're selling without selling.

---

Content gets you visible.

Conversation gets you paid.

Stop treating your comment section like a trophy wall and start treating it like a sales floor.

What's your current response rate to comments and be honest?

Great content with no system = sandcastles at high tide.

Here's what the tide wipes out every single day:

1. The lead who liked your post but had nowhere to go
2. The DM you got but forgot to follow up on
3. The profile visit from a buyer who saw nothing that moved them forward
4. The momentum you built reset by Monday

Content without infrastructure isn't a brand.
It's a highlight reel with no ticket office.

The founders generating revenue from LinkedIn aren't posting more.
They built a system that works the hours they don't.

Clear positioning. A profile that converts. A simple follow-up path.
Content feeds the system. The system closes the gap.

I only built this after meeting a client, that gave me courage.
That's when I stopped performing and started building.

What's missing between someone engaging with your content and them becoming a paying client?

Want me to set up your content system for your brand? DM me "Zero" & I will bring your results or Book a call.

Your LinkedIn profile is a museum.
And museums don't close deals.
Here's what high-ticket clients actually look at:

They don't care where you've been.
They care if you can solve what's keeping them up at night.

But most founders spend hours polishing their headline with job titles from 3 companies ago.
Listing credentials that impress peers, not buyers.
Posting case studies that speak to who they were β€” not who they serve now.

Your profile is doing a job right now.
The question is: whose problem is it solving?

I rebuilt mine around one question: "What does my next client need to feel before they book a call?"

Conviction. Clarity. Proof it works.

I changed my Linkedin From Generic Buill Board to Lead Generation Machine!

Stop archiving your past.
Start positioning for your future.

Look at your profile right now does it speak to the client you want, or the version of you that no longer exists?
