Business Observation #004
Getting people to your website is only half the job.
The more important question is:
What happens when they arrive?
I've seen businesses spend heavily on traffic while their website makes the visitor work too hard to take the next step.
A visitor should quickly understand:
β’ What you offer
β’ Why it matters to them
β’ Why they should trust you
β’ What they should do next
If someone has to hunt for your phone number, figure out what you actually do, or search through five pages to understand your offer...
you don't have a traffic problem.
You have a conversion problem.
More visitors won't fix that.
Fix the journey first. Then scale the traffic.
π¬ Business Question of the Day:
If 100 potential customers visited your website tomorrow, would you know exactly where most of them would drop off?
