You don’t need to have it all figured out to start building something of your own. 👀

I started with skills, curiosity, and a laptop and eventually turned that into a marketing agency, a team, and the freedom to work with businesses across India and internationally.

And honestly? You don’t need a huge following, a fancy degree, or years of experience to get started.

You need one skill people are willing to pay for + the right strategy to turn that skill into clients.

If you’ve been thinking about freelancing, starting a service-based business, or turning your existing skills into an income stream, this is your sign to start. 👌

The chapter I never planned.

The 18-year-old version of me would have never believed that one day I’d build a marketing agency. 👀

I grew up in Pune, studied fashion, and eventually moved to Milan not to study design, but to understand how brands are built, positioned and marketed.

Milan changed much more than my career. It changed the way I looked at life, opportunities, and what was possible for me.

Then came Dubai.

I took a job that lasted 10 days. 😅
I quit.

It was probably one of the most impulsive decisions I’ve ever made. I realised I wasn’t ready to start over in a new country, all alone, again.

So, with no roadmap and a lot of uncertainty, I came back home.

A few months went by. Then freelancing became my first step.

One project became another.
Small opportunities turned into bigger ones.
And somewhere along the way, I went from working alone to building an agency, a team, and working with businesses across India and internationally.

Looking back, none of it happened according to plan.

And maybe that’s the point. 👌

Sometimes the career you build isn’t the one you planned at 18.
Sometimes you just have to take the next step even when you have no idea where it’s going to lead.

If you’re in that uncertain chapter right now, keep going. You might be building something you haven’t imagined yet. 🤍

If this is not long, then what is?🌸

The 18-year-old me would’ve never imagined I’d build a marketing agency. 👀

From studying fashion in Pune → studying brand building in Milan → quitting a job in Dubai after 10 days → coming back home with no real plan → starting with freelancing → and eventually building an agency, a team, and a career I never planned for.

Funny how the most unplanned chapters can shape your life the most. 🤍

If you’re figuring it out as you go, this one’s for you. 👌

Why isn’t anyone talking about Kirpa Properties ? 👀

Because they’re doing something most real estate companies aren’t.

I was analysing Kirpa Properties’ content strategy, and one thing immediately stood out to me.

Almost every employee has “Kirpa” in their Instagram handle. But honestly, that’s not the strategy.

The real strategy is much smarter. 👇🏻

Their employees are creating content of their own documenting client interactions, office culture, their day at work, experiences, wins, learnings and everything in between.

So instead of relying on one company page to build attention, Kirpa is building an entire network of creators — all organically driving attention back to the same brand.

And then there’s Manpreet kirpa .

What I particularly admire about her is that she isn’t trying to look like a successful real estate founder online. She’s actually building a personality around the work ambition, credibility, growth, success and the lifestyle that comes with it.

I genuinely love watching her content because it feels real, personal and driven. And beyond the strategy, I think Manpreet herself is doing an outstanding job of becoming the kind of founder people can actually look up to.

For me, she’s a true inspiration not just because of what she’s building, but because of how she’s showing up while building it. ❤️

The biggest takeaway?

People don’t just build brands anymore.

They build people who build brands.

And Kirpa is a very interesting example of what that can look like in real estate. 🏙️📱

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned while building my agency is this:

Being good at what you do isn’t enough.

In the beginning, I thought clients hired the person with the best ideas, the strongest portfolio, or the most creative strategy.

But over time, I realized that’s rarely the deciding factor.

🤝 Clients choose people who understand their business.

They want someone who gets their challenges, sees the bigger picture, understands where they’re trying to go, and can help them get there.

The more I stopped obsessing over presenting ideas and started asking questions about their business, the better my client relationships became.

Because at the end of the day…

✨ Don’t just fall in love with the ideas.
Fall in love with the business behind those ideas.

That’s where the best strategies come from.
And that’s what clients truly value.

If you’re building an agency, freelancing, or working with clients, remember this:

People aren’t just investing in your service.
They’re investing in someone who understands their vision.

👇 What’s one thing you’ve learned about working with clients that changed your perspective?

Keep going.

Not because success is guaranteed…
but because you deserve to see what happens when your hard work finally catches up with your dreams.

Most people quit before they ever find out what they’re truly capable of. Don’t let that be your story.

✨ The results you’re waiting for might just be on the other side of consistency.
