Meta Ads just rolled out two powerful Custom Audience filters in 2026 "At Least" and "In The Past" giving advertisers full control over retargeting precision.

2๏ธโƒฃ At Least Filter:

Target only users who engaged with your Facebook or Instagram account a minimum number of times. This eliminates one time visitors and focuses your budget on high-intent, repeat engagers the people most likely to convert.

2๏ธโƒฃ In The Past Filter:

Retarget users who engaged within a specific time window for example, between 90 to 365 days ago. Ideal for win-back campaigns and evergreen retargeting audiences.
These filters apply to Facebook and Instagram custom audiences across engagement events including profile visits, post/ad engagement, CTA button clicks, and saved posts.
Best used when your retargeting audience is already large enough to segment. For smaller accounts, broad retargeting still works better.
