I’m Pratishtha Patil, the founder of Kudos.
I started this company on June 18, 2009, alongside my husband, Venkatesh Patil. Together, we chose the name Kudos, and if you search for its meaning in Marathi, you’ll find it beautifully translates to Pratishtha — my name.
It’s been 15 incredible years filled with hustles, growth, setbacks, and breakthroughs. Kudos has seen it all — from amazing team members to tough transitions, and every experience has shaped us into who we are today. Since 2022, we’ve been growing stronger each day, thanks to our dedicated team and supportive clients.
I’ve truly enjoyed every moment of this journey.
From 2009 to 2020, we primarily focused on branding for our valued clients. After the pandemic, we transitioned into pure design and digital marketing, adapting to the needs of the new world.
I’m deeply thankful to my incredible family and friends. I’m blessed to have quality over quantity when it comes to the people in my life — those who constantly push me forward and believe in me. Their support has been a blessing for both me and Kudos.
