All require hands-on agency experience.

🔹 Google Ads Associate (6 months – 1.5 years)
For someone early in their Google Ads career, currently working at an agency and ready to grow into:
PMax, Demand Gen, Shopping, and YouTube — under direct mentorship.

🔹 Google Ads Executive (2 – 4 years)
For someone who can independently manage 6–10 B2B and D2C accounts across the full Google Ads suite.
ROAS ownership is the job — not a side outcome.

🔹 Sr. Google Ads Executive (4 – 7 years)
For someone who has managed accounts at INR 15L+ monthly per account or 50L+ in aggregate, and has hands-on experience with international clients (US, Canada, Middle East). Strategic ownership of our largest accounts.

What we’re NOT looking for:
• In-house-only experience
• Freelancers
• Anyone who treats Google Ads as “just another channel”
