Iceman tells us the story of this native civilian “Chewang Norphel” who witnessed global warming, climate change & its adversities in his region of Ladakh. Bothered by the same, he took it upon himself to create that change. He studied the problem of water shortage & worked on it by creating artificial glaciers to conserve water for his region.
