Graphic Designer

Designer’s daily responsibilities will involve:
- Designing media creatives, logos, digital & print collateral (brochures, flyers, billboards, other stationery design, etc.) brand elements, photo editing, etc.
- Creating social media & other marketing content/creatives, and GIFs
- Improving existing digital assets & generating new design resources as per the given brief.
- Creating User interface designs for apps, websites, and brand Identity designs.
- Some familiarity with video editing, motion graphics & User Interface design would be a great add-on.

Skills required:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator ​(Required skills)
Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Video Editing (good to have)

Account Manager

Daily responsibilities:

● The day-to-day management of projects including client & inhouse projects
● Being the one-point-contact between the client & the internal team ensuring that projects are delivered on time with the required quality & handling any escalations, if they come up
● Organising the project management tool (Trello or Asana) for each project & making sure that it’s updated regularly.
● Generating accurate reports for reporting to the client
● Ensuring the clients are delighted with the work done by the firm & being the voice of the client within the firm.
● Taking the lead with the internal team for project delivery. Includes daily stand up calls to ensure the team is on the same page on all projects.
● Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

You can apply if you:

- have experience in professional client relationship management
- A decent background in advertising, design or marketing
- The ability to plan and strategise with the team for each client project
- A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Effective team management capabilities

Daily Responsibilities:

- Handling pre-qualification of inbound leads by phone & zoom calls.
- Working with the Founder to identify prospects via relevant research
- Lead generating activities like cold outreach via email/social DMs (this is for larger accounts only)
- Managing prospect-to-client lifecycle by coordinating with the clients for all their sales queries
- Help transition newly acquired clients to the delivery team.
- Maintaining/updating CRM systems (Hubspot or Zoho)
- Creating pitch decks, proposals for prospects
- Following up with leads, prospects

Skills required:

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development or having a digital consulting background in a digital agency or any service industry.
- Proven track record in pitching and acquiring retainer and project based clients.
- Broad understanding of what digital marketing involves - this will need to be demonstrated. An understanding of branding, funnels & ad campaigns is a core part of this role.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Developing/coding website UI designs (Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop) into fully optimised websites (speed, design and accessibility)

- Working on WordPress & other page builders like Clickfunnels, Shopify to create and maintain landing pages, e-commerce, and other types of websites (Custom code, templates or themes to be customised if required)

- Creating and coordinating the technical scope of work, brainstorming ideas and managing project timelines (on project management tool like Trello, Asana).

- Managing and optimizing existing websites.

- Debugging any issues with regards to all websites.

- Setting up, managing, troubleshooting and maintaining website domains through the hosting provider (Namecheap, Dodaddy). Comfortable with basic server management - database creation, migrating sites and managing DNS settings​.

- Developing any internal projects/tools that the firm may initiate at any time.

- Working on any other website/tech related tasks.

- Communicate technical issues to Account Managers in plain English to resolve client problems.

Skills required:
HTML 5, CSS, Javascript, WordPress, PHP, comfortable with RESTful services and APIs, testing and debugging

- have a keen eye for detail, understand minimal/clean UI and have an understanding of industry guidelines for website design.
- have an extensive Web design & development portfolio
- have good written and verbal communication skills
- are able to work methodically and meet deadlines
- are a self-starter with an independent mind set
- have a positive “can do” attitude with a desire to extend over the existing skill set and come up with solutions.
- Great troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
