01/01/2026
It is officially 2026.
Happy New Year.
I hope you woke up feeling good today.
But before you start working on your goals, I want to tell you about a call I had last week.
I was on Zoom with a real estate agent. She opened her laptop to show me how she starts her day.
Honestly, it made me tired just watching.
She logged into her lead list first.
Then she opened a texting app.
Then her email.
Then her calendar.
Then a tool for her website pages.
Then something else for Facebook.
Eight tabs open at the top of her screen.
Eight different passwords.
Eight places where her business was hiding.
I asked her, "How long does this take you every morning?"
She looked a bit tired. "Maybe 30 minutes," she said. "Longer if I forget a password."
Here is what I think happens to a lot of agents.
You start the New Year with big plans.
You want to sell more homes.
But you start your day playing detective.
Did that new lead get the email?
Did the text message go through?
Did I write down that phone number?
Most days, the apps don't talk to each other very well.
So you have to copy names and numbers by hand. You do work that a computer should do for you.
It eats up hours every week.
And the cost? It adds up fast.
$50 for the lead list. $99 for texting. $79 for email. $150 for the website stuff. $75 for reviews.
It can easily be $600 a month.
Just to stay organized.
But here is the part that really matters.
The mental load is worse than the money.
It makes your head feel heavy.
You worry you missed a person.
You spend your evening wondering if you checked that one app.
Do you really want to bring that stress into this new year?
I don't think you should.
There is a different way some agents are doing this now.
They are cleaning up.
They log in one time.
They look at one screen.
Everything is there.
The leads, the messages, the calendar, the reviews.
All in one quiet spot.
No more clicking between tabs.
No more "Did I check that?" panic.
Their stack of 8 tools shrinks down to just one system. It handles the texts, the emails, and even follows up with people when you are busy.
Some agents save $400 a month. But mostly, they just save their time.
That sounds like a good start to 2026.
