It is officially 2026.

Happy New Year.

I hope you woke up feeling good today.

But before you start working on your goals, I want to tell you about a call I had last week.

I was on Zoom with a real estate agent. She opened her laptop to show me how she starts her day.

Honestly, it made me tired just watching.

She logged into her lead list first.

Then she opened a texting app.

Then her email.

Then her calendar.

Then a tool for her website pages.

Then something else for Facebook.

Eight tabs open at the top of her screen.

Eight different passwords.

I asked her, "How long does this take you every morning?"

Here is what I think happens to a lot of agents.
