Congratulations Shabnam Shaikh, who takes on a new role at hotstuff as the Group Account Director.

It's rare that we write an employee profile for someone on their last day with us. But when it comes to Dhwani, we decided to say thank you and goodbye with one note. Let's turn the clocks back to 2018 when a girl, still in college, joined us as an intern - to brave the storm that we call advertising. Shy and observant at first, she did her best and was a favorite to her mentors. Over the years, Dhwani held true to the 'Gandhi' name, by being one of our youngest AMs to handle three massive accounts by herself. Today, as a Sr. Manager at age 24, she undoubtedly is one of our finest - adding quality to every campaign, passion to every project, and taking on challenges like a pro. It isn't difficult for her to win hearts, given that she actually cares about people, is a 3 am buddy to a lot of her clients, is an agony aunt to many hotstuffers and is a task master when it comes to her work. Trust us, you cannot mess with a campaign or brand or creative if Dhwani is involved.

While she is a star at work, the real DG shines during after hours. She can binge watch shows for hours, party all night long, is probably one of Swiggy's biggest customer and can spend a lifetime watching reels. She is our official papparazzi and has crazy and candid photos and videos of almost everyone, including Boss. She loves Pasta, waits for her TGIF moments, and will fight like a warrior for her friends. She and Joseph Pinto are virtually inseperable at hotstuff, constantly fighting and yet cannot live without each other. She is nicknamed Disco by Boss and that's another big story in itself.

She looks up to her Mom Pooja, loves her Dad Deepak, her grandparents, her brother Harsh, her big Navi Mumbai gang of besties and goes on a laughing spree talking to her best friend Rishika (who is now equally famous at hotstuff).

She is a person who loves everyone and that is why, everyone ends up loving her. While we hate to see her go, we are glad that Canada will now have a true hotstuff prodigy in its midst, shining away as always, winning hearts, making headlines, and doing what she does best - creating memories that are sweeter than sugar.

At first glance, Henna might seem like the quiet little girl who is always shy and full of curiosity, trying to wonder how she wandered into this big world. Five minutes of talking to her will reveal this crazy, wild, super creative, hard working, and constantly laughing monster who terrorizes her team and everyone at hotstuff with her never ending series of nautanki.

Henna joined us 5 years ago, and like most hotstuffers she loves food, pranks, chatting non-stop with people around her, and has a very Gujju laugh. As a professional, she is a truly passionate artist and takes on quite the load with her work. Her work is approved at first go on most instances and for Clients reading, you may not have met her yet, but she is the artistic mind behind a lot of your mailers and posts.

Henna is known for her friendly nature and has found a friend in every colleague, building a strong bond with many. She was reminiscing about how her journey at hotstuff began as a Visualizer and said, “I had an amazing first day at work. The people made me feel welcomed and I had already made some friends.” She calls Kavita her bestie at work.

Her success mantra is “dedication towards work” & it brings her admiration from all. This is evident from her tattoo that says ‘Pursuit of Happiness’. Henna relishes South Indian & Mexican food, loves Nail Art, long drives in cars, dancing, is a hard-core Ghatkopar Bhakt, and is always ready for a weekend trip or holiday.

Henna is married to an equally adorable gentleman, Mr. Jigar Chedda, and is soon about to add another member to her family. She stands inspired by her Mom who is a make-up artist, her Dad, her Sister Lipika and feels blessed to have supportive in-laws. Her Jiju Neil and her husband were kind enough to be Refrees at the hotstuff Badminton Tournament. Unfortunately Henna’s team didn’t win, but she continues to win hearts with her work and her charms, being a super-fantastic member of our hotstuff family.
