Once, we tried to scale too early.
It cost me more than money.

We had a great product and early traction — so we poured money into ads.
Sales exploded for a few months... but then delivery fell apart.
Customer support couldn’t keep up. Our team burned out.
The systems that worked at 10 clients broke at 100.
Our reputation took a hit, and we had to rebuild from the ground up.

That’s when I learned:
