So I soft launched a new service and we've been beta testing in the background and we're silently trying to CRUSH this.
One of our Video Editing Only clients upgraded his account today to GROWTH MODE. This is awesome news as he's going to grow his biz by an extra $100k a month using low budget ads.
Here's how…
Growth Mode means, not only will he have awesome Attention Grabbing Videos, but instead of waiting for the algo to kick in and climb the slow growth machine or waiting it out to go viral...the content will be placed directly in front of his ideal audience using low cost ads. This flywheel works and prints cash.
Why? The idea đź’ˇ here is to monetize as fast as possible and the only way to do that is to have a valid offer.
That means at least 5-10 people have bought it.
We're not there yet.
The way to know if your offer is valuable and refine it so it's product market fit is almost as perfect as possible is to have more conversations.
And making up an offer without validation is a game reserved for the unsavvy.
Here's how we plan to have 100 conversations.
Simple.
We'll make content that is valuable for the target audience and pay the platforms to get at least 10,000 views on his content. We will offer something really valuable in exchange for a DM/message.
What's the offer? Could be anything as long as it's easy to deliver. Think something they'd normally pay for.
Instead of using clickbait copy and automation to spam deliver said valuable free offering, we'll actually have meaningful, valuable conversations. And yknow, talk and stuff.
By the time we have 100 conversations, we'll know what the audience wants and then continue refining the flywheel by then focusing our videos and content to help solve the identified problems.
We'll continue to serve these videos as ads to the same audience and monitor our KPIs. How much engagement, no of messages, cost per 1000 views etc. The better the content the cheaper it is.
We'll know immediately if our videos are hitting or not as we already have a baseline to work from. Data + Real life.
Also if the new videos are valuable, naturally we'll be having more conversations with prospects and making more offers.
You can do this in cycles and also accelerate the results depending on your ad budget and whether or not you have a sexy offer or not.
So for this guy, $100k means 4 conversions, but at $25k a piece.
To sell high ticket at that price the other thing you need is trust. This is where consistently putting out valuable content, sharing testimonials and showing that you're professional as well as your process goes a long way.
This is why having a consistent stream of professionally edited Attention Grabbing Videos works really well to earn the Trust of your audience.
Naturally, when your ticket size is $25k, it's easier to add $100k as this means we only need 4 sales, however I'd love for you to use the principles of this strategy to work for any ticket size as they can be applied to app sales of a few $ as well as high ticket sales.
