Sigman Photography

Sigman Photography Sigman Photogarphy is a commercial Photography company specialising in Portraits and Advertising. The rest as they all say is history.

Sigman Photography is run by an American Photographer, Nathan Sigman. He uses his skills and expertise to create photographs that are captivating and true to the moment. My Team & Vision:

Nathan has studied Studio Art & Art Education and has a deep love for creating Portraits and Mixed Media art. I solidified my love for Photography while studying for my Masters degrees in Photography at the Acad

emy of Art University, San Francisco. I am based in Mumbai and love to travel on the job. I have been involved with the Visual arts for over 15 years. My skills combined, the expertise of a Commercial Photographer and a Fine Artist produces work that is unique in it’s style and pushes the creative envelope. I approach all my projects with the same credo that: ‘Excellent image making is the result of being able to use your camera as an extension of yourself, while pouring your artistic vision of the world into your photographs.’ With every project, I am inspired to create something original and striking. Be it an Advertising shoot or portraits, I am passionate about story telling through the camera. It’s the story of our lives that we often remember through a single photograph, and my love for design is what creates a story that lasts forever. Understanding of design coupled with technical expertise, inside and outside the studio help me tackle each project with the same ideology. My attention to detail translates into every concept I execute. At Sigman Photography we understand the clients’ needs and we work together to build a fruitful partnership. Services Offered with Complete Post-Production:

Stillness is not absence.
It’s something watching.

A quiet tension held between form and space…
where presence begins to press back.

Relic II: Countess II

The room is not empty.

It holds its breath around her…
walls remembering,
light passing through as it has done so before.

She does not move.
Something else does.

Shifting…
A quiet adjustment.
As if the space is aware of her…
or she is what remains of it.

Relic II: Countess

She sits as though time has agreed to leave her untouched. Or perhaps it simply forgot.

The room remembers what she chose to leave behind. The objects, the bodies, the fragments… they hold a version of her that no longer moves.

A presence rehearsed so many times it has become permanent…And permanence, once chosen, cannot be undone.

Relic I

Before there was movement, there was form.

Held in place.
Observed…frozen in stone.

Repeated until it no longer feels like stillness, just existence.

The body adapts.
The space decides.

Relic I

For a moment, she steps away from it.

The stillness.
The body remembers something softer…something unstructured.

But not entirely.

There’s always a trace of where she came from.

Swipe to enter a visual conversation.
One home. Five photographers. Infinite ways of seeing.

My approach was to create diptychs, paired images that construct meaning through juxtaposition. This format allowed me to explore the home’s visual and emotional architecture through the lens of dynamic equilibrium: the interplay of stillness and tension, light and shadow, geometry and softness.

These diptychs aren’t just side-by-side images: they’re conversations. Between planes and perspectives, focus and blur, color and value, edge and depth. They ask the viewer to move from passive observation to active perception; to notice how meaning shifts through proximity and resonance.

The work becomes less about documentation and more about interpretation. Inspired by both painting and architecture, the images examine spatial relationships: line, rhythm, scale as a language that holds tension, balance, or leaves it beautifully unresolved.

This was never just about how the space looks. It’s about how it feels.

In the world of photography, color and black & white each tell a different story.

**Color** brings out the vibrant soul, the warmth of a smile, the life in every detail. It’s the symphony of hues that captures the essence of a moment, painting emotions in their truest form.

**Black & white**, on the other hand, strips away the noise and reveals the raw, unfiltered truth. It’s the dance of light and shadow that highlights the soul’s depth, the intensity in the eyes, and the unspoken words etched in every line.
