Did you know that public speaking is often cited as the #1 fear? 🎤
For the longest time, we wondered why the stage carries so much weight. Whether it is a language barrier, the fear of judgment, or performance anxiety, how people perceive you should never decide whether you speak.
Stage fright shouldn’t rule your story. Real impact doesn't come from perfection; it comes from practice, presence, and genuine communication. While some worry that rehearsing looks staged, every craft begins with practice. You don't need to be extraordinary to be good, you just need to be authentic.
Words add meaning and tone shapes emotion. Confidence speaks, and your voice echoes far beyond the stage.
We recently hosted the Prisma Family Nite to honor a hobby we’ve always nurtured: the art of engaging with people. It was pure happiness to see the team with their families, sharing the effort and contributions behind the work.
We laughed, we engaged, and we improvised. We felt that upbeat buzz right before the mic turned on, but that’s the magic. You can be nervous and still have the time of your life. Once you speak from a genuine space, the crowd connects and fear dissolves into fun.
Just before stepping out, we always pause to chant Ek Onkaar. It centers us, grounds us, and makes the stage feel like home. Everyone has something that steadies them before a big moment, and this is ours.
Big thanks to Ritvik Upadhyay for the magical performance and to Dr. Shreeram Iyer and Amitabh Roy Chowdhury for giving us the opportunity to host this incredible evening.
Honored to have been a part of it!
What is the one thing that grounds you before you step into your spotlight?
