✨ Summer Delight ✨
This digital art and poem came straight from the heart. For years, my 10-year-old son never liked mangoes — until this summer, when he suddenly fell in love with them. Watching him completely lost in the joy of his first real mango moment, filled me with such unexpected happiness… I just had to capture it.
Made with love in Photoshop, with concept-building support from Adobe Firefly, this is not a commissioned piece, but a mother’s little tribute to a sweet, simple joy. A moment that turned into a poem and a painting.
For me, this isn’t just digital art. It’s a memory.
Summer Delight🍋
Under the shade where the sunlight peeks,
A young boy smiles with mango cheeks.
On a log he sits, hat big and bright,
Savoring summer’s pure delight.
The mango’s sweet, so soft and gold,
A treasure in his hands to hold.
It cools him down in noon day heat,
So juicy, tangy, soft, and sweet!
It makes him strong, it helps him grow,
Gives him a sunny, healthy glow.
With vitamins from A to C,
It’s nature’s snack — and sugar-free!
The butterflies dance, bees hum near,
As laughter rings so loud and clear.
No gadget, screen, or noisy fight,
Just him and his fruit — his summer delight.
