Building External & Internal Major Structural Rehabilitation, Terrace & External Waterproofing, Expansion Joint treatment, Plumbing & Sanitation works and Exterior Painting done by LEAKSEAL

• Porblems and findings : Leakage issues from exterior facade, Terrace flooring, Horizontal expansion joint, OHW Tank, balconies, windows and Plumbing ducts.

• Solutions: Major Structural Repairs Rehab done Exterior and Interior with Anti-rust corrision treatment done to exposed Steel Bars on RCC , Exterior facade plaster repair, crack open & filling with non shrinking agent. Leakages from windows were sealed with Hybrid sealants and plumbing sanitation line in the duct had to be repaired & replaced. Terrace flooring surface treated with Conventional Method of Bricbat IPS Cobha & China chips, Horizontal Expansion Joint was sealed with Polysulphide Sealant and covered with Expansion Joint tape to prevent the sealant from getting damaged.

• Elastomeric paint system (Proudly made in India) having superior finsih with crack bridging property was applied on the exterior facade to make the building completely watertight & crack free thereby preventing the emergence of leakages and new cracks. This entire paint system is UV resistance, non toxic and environtment friendly.

• Result : The building now stands leakfree with a compete fresh makeover for the years to come.

Waterproofing and External Painting done by LEAKSEAL
• Like majority of poorly constructed multistoried residential towers in the city, this project was no different to have severe leakages / seepages issues from exterior facade, terrace, balconies, windows, podium and ducts.
• All loose plaster were first repaired and cracks on the exterior facade were opened and sealed with non shrinking agent. Leakages from windows were sealed with Hybrid sealants and plumbing sanitation line in the duct had to be repaired & replaced. Leakages from Podium were sealed through reverse PU Foam Grouting
• Elastomeric paint system (Proudly made in India) having superior finsih with crack bridging property was applied on the exterior facade to make the building completely watertight & crack free thereby preventing the emergence of leakages and new cracks. This entire paint system is UV resistance, non toxic and environtment friendly.
