REAL ESTATE HIRING – DUBAI 🇦🇪
📍 *Location:* Dubai, UAE

💰 *Salary:* AED 2,500–3,500 + Attractive Incentives
*Job Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
* Schedule appointments for the sales team and conduct regular follow-ups.
* Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
* Conduct property viewings and explain property features and details to clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Negotiate with clients and work towards successfully closing property deals.
* Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
*Requirements*
* 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate sales, or a related field is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
* Strong communication, convincing, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
* *Fluency in English is mandatory.*
* Hindi language skills will be an added advantage.
