The programme is meant for bright and enthusiastic professionals with a minimum of 5 years of work experience and with exceptional functional skills, who want to fast track their careers to Managerial positions. The programme admits working professionals from various domains and leading industries, to enable knowledge sharing and peer learning. The unique aspect of the programme is its focus on the specific role and domain of interest to the participant

PGPM offers specializations in Marketing, Finance, Operations and Information Management. The programme considers CAT, XAT and GMAT scores, but places more emphasis on academic performances, versatility in extra-curricular activities and a minimum work experience of 5 years. The programme starts with the web learning module from October to December followed by the residential module of 1 year from January to December.
