Some people don’t just build businesses.
They build belief.
We’ve worked with Della Group earlier and recently with
Meeting Mr - Jimmy Mistry in person for the first time added real context to the work we’ve seen over the years.
What stood out immediately:
• At 54, his energy is unmatched — sharp, present, and always thinking ahead #
• Della Townships is already at ~₹33,980 crore GDV and clearly heading towards ₹58,000+ crore
• The thinking goes far beyond real estate — it’s about how cities should live and breathe
What I found most interesting was how he’s building:
→ Sustainability that’s practical, not performative
→ Algae-based solutions for carbon reduction and oxygen generation
→ Integrated townships designed around health, community, and longevity
Few people know this side of him:
• One of India’s finest architects and interior designers
• The mind behind the lighting design of the iconic Shri Siddhi Vinayak Mandir
• A college drop-out who built everything from the ground up — on his own terms
Some people slow down with time.
Some people get clearer, bolder, and more restless.
