Social Media Nursery Class By कौस्तुभ सतिश फणसळकर
Social Media 1st Alphabet Is A
"A For Authenticity" Which Means "Provide, Show Some True and Valuable." Now a days social media authaticity is playing vital role in marketing so now lets leave this and move further about Authenticity.
Authenticity is the key component of what makes social media so successful for businesses. Authentic social media is the modern day testimonial: It allows users to interact with businesses in real time, but also creates an open space for conversation and feedback. If a person is having a hard time receiving assistance from a business’s customer service, for instance, all they need to do is tweet at them for a response. Other users can get involved depending on the severity of the situation, forcing all sides to be accountable.
The benefits of using social media are obvious to users, but social media management is arguably critical to local businesses, brands and services. It reinforces legitimacy for your company and provides a platform for you to showcase your brand’s unique personality. You can also gather useful insight into your competitors’ marketing strategies simply by assessing their social channels like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
In today’s day and age, a company must have a strong marketing and branding strategy, and then adapt that strategy to capitalize on social media. The most important element of this is to convey authenticity so that clients trust your brand.
Use Your Authentic Brand Voice
If your business is a quaint cupcake bakery located in the distillery district of Toronto, chances are that your tone is going to be radically different than that of an automotive dealership. Tone is important to attracting the right demographic, but the right content is also crucial to keeping them interested. Social media is inherently used by millennials, but that doesn’t mean you need to cater solely to them — cater to each platform instead.
For businesses using social media to build their brand and optimize conversions, just keep it fun and don’t be afraid to show off your personality. It does take some strategy, though. For example, overly catering to millennials by posting memes or using off-brand humor doesn’t work for all brands, because this can come across as disingenuous and inauthentic. Instead, use your brand’s natural tone that comes through in the rest of your website content, blogs and other marketing materials.
