I often get asked this question,how much skin is ok to show?
To that I would say , if you are wearing a shorter dress cover your shoulders and if you are wearing a longer dress then you can bare your shoulders.

Wearing the hat of a Cofacilitator, I had an opportunity to be part of the virtual session conducted for an esteemed Dubai based company with over 55 participants.
The topic “Stress Management “
aimed to uncover the various challenges faced by the company, their stress sources and the possible solutions.

My Observations-
- Connecting people of different cultures and geographical locations was possible under one virtual platform.
-Using tools of facilitation “Mood-o- Meter helped us understand the participants frame of mind.
-Using activities and icebreakers further opened up their minds to possibilities, creating a bond among participants and provided them a safe place to be able to vent out their feelings.
-It was a successful close with most participants listing their stressors faces by them individually and the possible Call to Action.

Absolutely grateful to my mentor @ Ganesh Dalvi to always provide us with this opportunity to cofacilitate sessions.
