HOW WE GENERATED $10M USING A “SALES LETTER” IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS
If you are selling anything high ticket and your primary way to close clients is via a sales call, then this post would be an eye-opener for you.
I am going to show you the EXACT, STEP-BY-STEP METHOD that helped me generate hundreds and hundreds of sales meetings with hungry, motivated, and ambitious people.
I did not do cold calling. Email and DMs were a strict no (unless someone approached us first). There were no webinars, no VSLs, and absolutely no begging for business.
With what I am about to show, you could easily get:
→ 120-150 qualified sales meetings every month
→ 80-85% show-ups on calls
→ 25-30% close rates
So do your math. Let’s just say you sell a high-ticket service priced at 50k INR.
If you get 120 appointments, with 80% show-ups, and 25% close rates, you would get 24 new clients every single month.
And that would add a minimum of 12 lacs collected cash every single month… UPFRONT!
And this is on the minimum side. Do your math for your own services if you can implement exactly the way I tell you to.
Now, before we move ahead, you should know that if you do NOT have a “uniquely positioned offer,” no matter what kind of marketing you do, you would most likely fail.
And this has nothing to do with you or your services, but simply because of how markets have gotten saturated so fast.
Which means there are at least hundreds, if not thousands, of similar services just like you in the market currently.
AND IT IS A BLOODBATH OUT THERE!
People are literally competing on price because everyone knows deep down that their services aren’t any better than their competition.
SO the very first thing that we do when working with our clients in my agency is figure out HOW your product/services are different from ALL OF YOUR COMPETITORS!
Read that twice! Because if you cannot DIFFERENTIATE yourselves, you would get lost in a sea of “cheap competitors” GRABBING the attention of your prospects…
Even if you are discovered, you would be forced to cut down on pricing, “maintain a healthy relationship with the prospect,” and agree to THEIR terms and conditions.
That’s why it is super important to differentiate so that COMPARISON with ANYONE ELSE is literally IMPOSSIBLE.
Which brings me to the FIRST thing that you NEED to fix right away… OFFER.
You need to be seen as the ONLY SOLUTION that can take your prospects from their current pains to their desired states.
This happens via communicating your “unique mechanism,” giving a “STRUCTURE” to your offer, and naming it so that you seem to be the original creator of your IP.
You NEED to show prospects HOW your solution has the “missing link” that they were missing all this time to solve their problems.
Not only this, you should make them VISUALIZE your offer STEP BY STEP so that you can create certainty of your outcome.
So if you are stuck right now, FORGET every single thing and just FOCUS on creating a perfect offer… else you are just like hundreds of others out there.
When you are done with creating your offer, NOW you need to COMMUNICATE your offer in a way that grabs the attention of your market…
Evoke their DESIRES for their perfect outcome, give them the CERTAINTY they wanted—that this time “all their worries would be over with this solution.”
When you can successfully capture the attention of the BEST of your target market, SHOW them the “missing link” because of which they failed in the past…
And paint a vivid picture of how their lives would be changed with your solution—you create TRUST and CERTAINTY.
All of this happens because of a direct response sales letter that we write for your product or services.
It pre-educates, removes objections, re-engineers their belief systems, builds your AUTHORITY… to a point where they believe you are the ONLY choice left for them to evaluate.
We also w**d out “non-serious window buyers” by having the first CTA buried deep inside the sales letter so that ONLY serious prospects read and apply for a sales call with you.
If you can write a killer sales letter, you can expect the most relaxed sales calls you can ever have.
Because MOST of the HEAVY LIFTING in the sales process has already been done by your sales letter.
By now, you have:
→ A uniquely positioned offer
→ A direct response sales letter
What you need to do now is throw in any traffic source and expect the appointments to come in.
You can literally have Google Ads, YouTube ads, or native ads…
But NOTHING beats Meta with the kind of scale and diversity you get.
You could literally have any offer on planet Earth and Facebook would still find you the best of your clients if you play your media buying cards right.
In order to make loads of money, you ONLY need to target people who want your services RIGHT NOW…
That’s where you NEED to target your prospects with precision.
Before I tell you how we successfully run Meta ads, let me tell you what we do NOT do:
→ Lead form ads
→ Instant form ads
Both of these would bring in junk, low-quality leads into your business.
We do “conversion ads” paired with the sales letter.
If we understand that you have a super niche offer and your prospects cannot be targeted by mere “interests and behaviors”…
We go beyond these and create a “custom audience” to target your prospects with laser precision.
After running ads all this time and reading literally everything on FB ads, I can successfully tell you that ads are a medium for us to reach interested buyers…
But the BIGGEST reason for our success is the sales letter that we write.
By now, you have a solid offer, a compelling sales letter that talks to the deepest desires of your market, and you are targeting the best of your prospects with laser-sharp precision…
You would get appointments coming in left, right, and center.
But this is where even the most experienced marketers miss the bus.
Just because someone is booking a call with you does not guarantee they would come over the call with you.
You need to remember—once they get interested in your funnel, Facebook would immediately show them the funnels of your competition, and chances are… they might also register there.
Hence, you need to maintain the “emotional buy-in” that you’ve got via the sales letter.
That’s where our backend SMS and Email come in.
Once you get the email and phone numbers via the first CTA on your sales letter, you could then retarget these people and give them reminders of what’s coming next.

Again, you need to write in a way so that the warm, fuzzy feeling they got after registering is still maintained in the SMS and Emails.
