About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in business development and sales. The candidate must have working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a strong interest in lead generation, client engagement, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to research, identify, and qualify potential leads.
👉Assist in developing outreach strategies (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) to engage prospects.
👉Support the sales team in building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Work with senior team members to prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
👉Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
👉Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with campaigns and brand positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
👉Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
👉0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
👉Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
👉Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
👉Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
👉Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
