Presentation is one the important part of your whole SALES process. In your whole sales funnel this is second most important part after the process of Value addition.

I am sharing some skills for a better presentation that I learnt from the amazing book "Questions are the Answers"

1. Rate of speech matters -
Try to match the rate of speech with your customer. It matters a lot.

2. Noding -
Your head movement during the presentation and discussion with your customer makes connection strong.

3. Using proactive words-
It allows the customer to speak more that helps to build a better relation and allows him to tell more about her feelings and life stories etc.

4. Mirroring -
It simple means to copy the gesture of your prospect. But don't do this to early

5. Use your pen to seek attention.

There is nothing wrong in show off. The problem is in the fake show off as it can ruins your mindset. How this fake show off impact your mind ?

Okk assume a case in which a person is showing you his/her lifestyle by saying that you can also achieve this in a particular deadline. I mean he/she overcommiting. Now if this commitment is unrealistic (unrealistic in the sense may be it varies person to person or totally irrelevant ) it can disturb your mindset. Actually in India people are attracted to *fast financial results and that's the main problem you need to understand it takes some time to achive your dream level and if you want to know the time in number than there is no fixed number. It depends on your dream level and also on your working hours and efficiency.

I am repeating there is nothing wrong in show off but the problem is in fake show off. If some one is influencing you by his/ her lifestyle then you need to understand the struggle and time behind that lifestyle. Don't compare yourself directly with your initial level and their present level.
