The first time your customer meets you isn't necessarily the first touchpoint.
They may have already:
Seen your Instagram.
Searched you on Google.
Read your reviews.
Heard about you from someone.
Visited your website.
By the time they finally enquire, they've already formed an opinion.
That's why I think good marketing isn't about making every individual campaign work in isolation.
It's about making every touchpoint add to the same perception.
Because visibility gets you noticed.
Consistency gets you remembered.
And a consistent experience builds the brand.
A thought I recently shared during my BNI feature presentation.
We don't just market. We build brand value.
