Key Accountabilities:
Designing dynamic and innovative marketing / sales strategies for clients
Using a combination of BTL and ATL activities to enhance the market capitalization of these organizations
Involves leading and Managing a team of 30 candidates working in various functions of management
Interacting with new prospective blue chip companies and closing deals.
Create high Brand Recall among Target Groups to increase Sales
Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships
Execute the Below the Line (BTL) activities to create awareness
Training and developing new candidates
Ideal Profile/Applicant:
Ability to influence and negotiate
Strong business Intelligence and corporate Knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Dynamic & Hardworking
Someone who can cope up with fast based working environment
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Any Graduate
Any Postgraduate, Post-Graduation Not Required
Should have 0 to 2 years of experience in Any stream
