Chief Advisor of Rate-Pang Youth Welfare Society (RPYWS) would like to
submitting the Bye-Laws of Rate-Pang Youth Welfare Society (RPYWS) which Was established on 15th April, 2015. In the bye-law is mentioned for prohibition of
hunting-fishing within the jurisdiction of Rate-Pang river and wild areas mostly for
outsider people. If, any of outsider violate on our binded bye-laws rules and
regulations, it may be take strictly action Against as per bye-law.
