Vegetable Growers Association of India ( NGO ) based in Pune working mainly on Farmers Mobilization , Capacity building, Sustainable and Organic Agriculture, Direct Marketing etc. with small and marginal farmers to improve their livelihoods. nizations) FPO's across country since 2008. Farmers Mobilization, Capacity Building, Trainings, Meetings, Exposure Visits, Demonstrations, Technology Adoption & Dissemination, Business plan Preparation of FPO's, Mechanization, Value Chain development, Direct Marketing of Agril Produce these are the activities which we run in FPO's. We Registered as Resource Institute Partner with SFAC, POPI with NABARD & Training Partner with NSDC - SSC - ASCI. We conduct Training's in all Agri job roles in across Maharashtra. We also form a federation of all FPC's in Maharashtra called MAHA FPC which mainly focus on Facilitation of FPO's.

VGAI President Mr. Shriram Gadhave had detailed discussion on many points on hinderence and solutions for farmers like
1. Discussion on tomato production capacity
2. Total cost of production and sales difference
3. Market changes from last five years in Tomato crop
4. How cluster formation can be the game changer for tomato farmers
5. How cold chain and cold storage capacity can help farmers to stabilize the prices.
