1. *Meeting Call to Order and Welcome:*
- The meeting was officially called to order by the Chapter Head, who warmly welcomed all members and guests.
2. *BBNG Oath and Intro Video:*
- Members recited the BBNG Oath, followed by the screening of the BBNG introduction video.
3. *BBNG Indiranagar Chapter Introduction:*
- Presented by Chapter Head, *Mrs. Poonam Shukla*, highlighting the achievements and initiatives of the Indiranagar Chapter.
4. *HO Training - Business Financial Management*
- Conducted by *Mr. Abhishek Ayachit*, who provided practical session on Business Financial Management with 8 members in each group. It really help the members to plan how we better understand our financial structure.
5. *Members’ 1-Minute Introduction Round:*
- Managed by *Mrs. Pranoti Joshi*, giving all attendees an opportunity to share their business offerings.

- Key updates and reminders from the BBNG Associate Director - *Mr. Abhijeet Chande. regarding Registrations of Parivartan 2025* & *Fusion Fest Upcoming Exhibition in Nashik*. Chande Sir also presented the 1st Copy of BBNG Calendar 2025 in Indira Nagar Chapter to Chapter Head Poonam Shukla.
9. *Chapter Announcements:*
- Members were reminded to actively participate in upcoming chapter activities and initiatives.
10. *Vote of Thanks:*
- Delivered by Chapter Guardian *Mr. Amol Aboti*, appreciating the participation and contributions of members and guests.
11. *Pasaydan and Group Photo:*
- The meeting concluded with the traditional Pasaydan, followed by a group photo session.
