We’re leaving this office in 3 years. 🤯

Sounds strange, right?

After years of hard work, countless late nights, and celebrating every small win, we finally unlocked a milestone we had dreamed about—our new office.

Most people would say, “This is it.”

But during our opening speech, my partner and I shared one promise with our team:
We have to outgrow this office in the next 3 years.
Not because we don’t love this place.
Not because it isn’t enough.
But because our dreams are much bigger than these walls.

Three years from now, we want to look back at this video from an even bigger office, with a bigger team, serving more clients, creating more opportunities, and remembering the day we made this commitment.

Dreams don’t work unless deadlines do.
So here’s our deadline: 3 years.

Let’s see what happens.

Some days you just stop and look around and you can’t believe how far you’ve come. 🙏

A few years ago, DESENO was just an idea. A belief that creativity, strategy, and genuine hard work could build something meaningful. No shortcuts. No big backing. Just a small team with a big dream and an even bigger will to make it happen.

There were days that tested us. Days we questioned everything. Days where giving up felt easier than going on.

But we didn’t.

And today? Standing in our brand new office, surrounded by this incredible team with every single one of those tough days makes complete sense. They were all leading us here. 🏢✨

This new space is not just four walls. It’s a reflection of every client who trusted us, every team member who showed up, every late night that turned into a breakthrough, and every small win that kept us going.

That’s . Not the logo, not the office, not the work. YOU are. Thank you for building this with us. ❤️
