ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Designing and/or programming custom website designs
Able to customize and hand code into either html/php/WordPress
Able to work in a team and support other programmers
Able to work on an existing code
Analyze an existing backend of a website
Must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Galaxy IT Technology who are good team players and possess self visualization and conceptualization skills. The ideal candidate should have experience of translating ideas into highly creative designs. He/she must have full command over CSS and HTML, jquery, .
Candidate should have the abilities to manage/lead as well as work with the team for medium to large sized projects. They should also have necessary communication prowess and Managerial skills to interact with the clients.
CANDIDATES WILL BE INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING:
Production web site building experience with the following technologies: PHP, HTML, CSS,jquery and problem solving of Client websites & supporting Project Coordinators.
Tasks that are IT support related in nature
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
Wordpress, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, CSS, XHTML, Microsoft Office, Adobe Programs,Knowledge of JavaScript, SEO
OTHER SKILLSET:
3+ years of corporate graphic design experience is required which can come from working within an agency that designs websites for major corporations or from a company with an in-house design team; or a combination of the two.
Experience designing corporate websites including navigation and graphic elements. Style must be professional, clean, and corporate; must be comfortable and very good at designing sites that leverage large areas of white space into the overall look and feel.
KEYSKILLS:
Web technologies, web designing, Graphic Designing, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
Magento management/development experience
Background in IT desktop/software support
SEO experience
Marketing (social media such as Facebook, Wordpress, Twitter)
