एजेंट कम पैसे का झांसा देकर क्लाइंट तो फसा लेते है। फिर सस्ता खोजते है जो की अच्छा मिलता नही है।
अच्छा developer कम पैसों पर काम करने को तैयार नही और अब क्लाइंट से और पैसों के लिए बोल नही सकते नही तो क्लाइंट हाँथ से निकल जायेगा इसी उलझन मे वक्त निकलता रहता है और जो समय क्लाइंट को दिया था वो तारीख भी नजदीक आती जाती है। अब ऐसे मे बेचारा एजेंट क्या करे फिर वो सोचता है क्यो न बना बनाया प्रोजेक्ट लेकर क्लाइंट को दे दु कम से कम इतना समय बरबाद किया तो कुछ पैसे तो मिल ही जायेंगे। फिर शुरू होता है सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट का सिलसिला।

अब ये low price इतना low होता है फिर कोई अच्छा developer नही मिलता। बेचारा एजेंट अब दिन रात मेहनत करता है हर समय online रहता कंही से कोई मिल जाए जो ये प्रोजेक्ट रेडी कर दे।

तभी एंट्री होती है एक फ़र्ज़ी developer की जो low price से भी very low price मे readymade प्रोजेक्ट देने का वादा करता है। अब एजेंट को लगता है की उस ने कोई जंग जीत ली हो अब उस की खुशी का कोई ठिकाना नही। तभी फ़र्ज़ी developer 50% एडवांस की बात करता है और दो दिन तक यंही बहस चलती रहती है पहले एडवांस पहले प्रोजेक्ट।

अब एजेंट करे भी तो क्या करे उधर अब समय समाप्त हो गया जो क्लाइंट को दिया था। अब क्लाइंट फोन पर फोन करता है एक घंटे मे 20 से 30 call आते है और अब एजेंट साहब बिजी है कभी ड्रिविंग कर रहे कभी मीटिंग मे है कभी कोई मर गया। मगर क्लाइंट तो क्लाइंट है कब तक बहाने सुनेगा क्योकि एजेंट ने उस से थोड़ा सा पैसा एडवांस ले रखा है और क्लाइंट के अब तक पूरे 2 महीने बरबाद हो चुके है।

अब एजेंट साहब बहुत मुसीबत मे पड़ गए क्या करे सोच मे डूब गए और दिमाक ने काम करना बंद कर दिया। अब ये उस फ़र्ज़ी developer को 50% एडवांस देकर प्रोजेक्ट की डिमांड करते है। और फ़र्ज़ी developer 5 मिनट की बोल कर हमेसा के लिए गायब हो जाता है। नंबर बंद fb whatsApp सब जगह ब्लॉक।

अब एजेंट पूरी तरह बरबाद हो चुका है। फिर 20 25 दिन बाद जब सब कुछ नॉर्मल होता है अब वो फिर से नया क्लाइंट फँसता है और निकल पड़ता है developer की खोज मे।

IT Industry का कड़वा सच आज कल यंही हो रहा है जिस मे 2 लोग बहुत बरबाद हो रहे एक क्लाइंट जो पैसे और वक्त दोनो से बरबाद हो रहा एक developer जिसे काम नही मिल पा रहा इतनी मानत करने के बाद भी।

तभी बोलते है जानकर बना समझदार बना।

क्लाइंट हो या एजेंट पहले किसी अच्छे developer से प्रोजेक्ट के बारे मे समझ ले और कोस्ट क्या रहेगी पूँछ ले।
