From traditional preservation techniques to iconic regional preparations, the Rajasthani immersion offered a meaningful exploration of one of India’s most distinctive culinary traditions.
Guided by Chef Hari Singh and external culinary experts, associates from The Oberoi Hotels discovered the flavours, ingredients and techniques that have shaped Rajasthan’s cuisine over generations. Through dishes such as Papad Paneer Subzi and a variety of traditional pickles and preserves, participants experienced the resourcefulness and heritage at the heart of desert cooking.
Along with practical learning, the workshop provided deeper insight into the cultural significance and stories behind every preparation, making it a truly enriching experience.
