It was truly an honor to meet Mr. Deepak Gadhiya, the father of solar concentrator technology and the man who built the world's first solar-driven mega kitchen in the world-famous Tirupati temple.
Also, it was a great learning experience with the other industry leaders working in the domain of solar concentrators tech, and identifying its commercial applications in industrial heating applications, and providing green sources of kitchen fuel to many temples, hostels, hospitals, and many institutional kitchens where a large number of meals are cooked and served every day.
Solar concentrators have also proven their contributions in large-scale cooling for example centralized air conditioning of malls, offices, and hospitals; along with providing large-scale cost-effective laundry solutions to places like hospitals where sanitization is a mandatory practice.
The solar concentrator tech also holds the potential in cold storage applications where food has to be stored in a clean space.
Reach out to us to find other applications of lately evolving solar concentrator technology in India and its applications worldwide.
I also thank the Ministry of MSME and UNIDO - United Nations Industrial Development Organization for encouraging technology awareness by sponsoring and facilitating such training programs for the industry's decision-makers. A humble gratitude to UNIDO for facilitating funds and turining ideas like credit ratings into actuality through these programs.
